Since 2010 Fyndiq has grown to be the largest marketplace for bargains in Sweden. We are a small group of Fyndians who handle millions of Swedish customers, thousands of merchants, and millions of products. Fyndiq will continue to grow in Sweden and expand into new exciting markets, to be a global marketplace.
About the role
Your main focus is to own the organisation’s customer insights within post-purchase, to ensure we are in line with customer expectations in terms of attitude, tonality, and professionalism. You will form part of a 3-person hub with full autonomy over how our customer relations flows are set up, flows which are used by over 1000 people daily. This requires you to be independent and can prioritise and manage a varying workload. You will have the chance to build increased customer trust and ensure customer retention, by performing customer surveys and analysing customer feedback. You will also ensure that we use best practices, including that we are present in relevant channels and that our knowledge is applied across the entirety of Fyndiq.
Your purpose at Fyndiq is to:
- Analyse customer feedback and identify customer needs
- Coach internally and externally to ensure customer needs are met
- Ensure both we and our merchants are in line with our tonality in post-purchase communications
To succeed in this role, you have:
- 3+ years of customer service, of which 2+ years of customer service with added responsibilities (coach, team leader, senior CR roles, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Fluency in Swedish and English
