We’ll need you to be our Merchants’ brilliant best friend and give them the guidance they need to use our marketplace successfully. You’ll keep them up to date, give them important tips and facts, share anything and everything that will help our Merchants continue to grow with us.
You as a humble rebel at Fyndiq will:
Support our Merchants with relevant tips and information to ensure their success when selling on the Fyndiq marketplace.
Define all suitable communication channels both internal and external.
Implement scalable communication flows.
Package relevant information and present it to our Merchants before they even realise they need it.
Continuously work to develop and improve our Merchant communications.
Act as a bridge between Fyndiq and our outsourced Merchant relations support (1st line support).

Experience of working in a Content Management System (Wordpress is a benefit).
Experience in writing, managing and updating content and information on websites.
Interest in E-commerce.
Process-driven ways of working.
Desire of finding a better method to solutions.
Communication skills, both spoken and written in Swedish and English.
Your team’s goal is to provide great bargain products to our bargain hunters. They do this by giving proper and proactive support to our MIF’s (most important friends) - the Merchants, so they can focus on what they do best, source and upload fantastic bargain products.
